Hand Building Table Objects With Clay ~ Hosted by Secular Sabbath and Slo Slo

Join us at our DTLA loft for a meditative ceramics workshop led by Dajana and Kyna of Slo Slo. In this class we’ll work with clay to create functional, one-of-a-kind table objects—teacups, bowls, snack plates, or whatever other vessel your imagination calls forth.
This class is an invitation to soften your pace and attune to the creative process from beginning to end. As your hands move through the clay, you’re invited to reflect on where your piece might live, or who it may one day be offered to.
All pieces will be fired and glazed, returning to you as meaningful, finished objects—perfect as a gift for yourself or someone you love.
