The banya is a special place for us - a secret sweat temple nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, built by our banya master himself: Sasha. In this experience, we will investigate our thresholds through rounds of elevated heat and cold dips in the pond.
We will pair it with traditional sound bowls and vocal toning lead by RHYE.
