This week on the Tub Talks podcast, I steep in the bath with Kassia Meador: professional surfer, sound healer, wisdom-seeker, and one of our very first ambient collaborators at Secular Sabbath. From her early years of growing up in Southern California, Kassia always had a passion for the waves. A pioneer in her industry, she always took an unconventional approach to her career. Her passion for feeling the flow on a surfboard blossomed into a deeper passion for creating moments of feeling good for others, from her early days experimenting with UFO to modern-day experiences at her own guided retreats or Secular Sabbath soundscapes.

Not only is she one of the key figures who shaped the world of surfing for women through the 90s-00s, but she is also one of the early experimenters with sound bowls. Her art took shape as she realized its vibrational energy is a form of healing, a way to immerse in the vibration, hence the term: soundbath. So get ready to soak in with one of our closest friends and frequent collaborators as she shares her sage knowledge and lessons of trial and error with you for this unique soak in the tub.
