Join us in the loft for an evening of ambient improvisations with Mike Milosh of RHYE. In this sound bath, he explores both ancient instruments and modern technology to help to down-regulate your nervous system.

In this evening, you will be asked to lay down and receive sound, as a healing modality, allowing the music to wash over you and help to bring you back to yourself.
