Join us in the loft with Allison Bagg, sound practitioner and breathwork facilitator, for a cosmic journey during the 222 portal. We will set intentions, feel into the Lunar New Year, and drop in with a soundscape of alchemy crystal bowls, harp, chimes and gong. This experience will help you to step into newness and expansion, as well as invite you to let go of any stagnancy and trapped emotions in the body to rewire outdated patterns. You will leave feeling refreshed, and with a newfound appreciation for the vibrational nature of reality and your connection to the universe.

In this evening, you will be asked to lay down and receive sound, as a healing modality, allowing the music to wash over you and help to bring you back to yourself.
