Rosalie is a yoga/pilates instructor and sound facilitator, exploring movement and sound as way to tap into your intuition, connect to your inner landscape and move through the world in your authenticity.

In this sound bath, she explores both mediation and ancient instruments to help to down-regulate your nervous system.

In this evening, you will be asked to lay down and receive sound, as a healing modality, allowing the waves to wash over you and help to bring you back to yourself.
